1Digital Product Policy
Multi Watermark is a digital software product (Chrome browser extension). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the license key has been delivered.
2Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If the software does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Within 14 Days: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
3Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Incompatibility with non-Chrome browsers (product is explicitly for Chrome)
- Request made more than 14 days after purchase
- License key has already been activated and used
4How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at sicut.arinaru@gmail.com with:
- Your order number or transaction ID
- The email address used for purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
5Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Lemon Squeezy). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
